Troubleshooting “Invalid Details” or “User Not Found” Errors

If you see “Invalid Details” or “User Not Found” when logging in or during first setup, follow these steps to resolve the issue:


1. Verify Your Subscription Username and Password

  • Ensure you are not using your account email or dashboard login.

  • Use the service plan username and password provided with your Stremenify plan.

  • Note: Subscription credentials usually consist of numbers only.


2. Check the Server URL

  • Make sure the server/portal URL matches exactly as provided.

  • Common mistake: Using https:// instead of http:// if your URL requires HTTP.

  • Try copying the URL directly from your dashboard.


3. Try Another Server URL

  • If your subscription provides multiple URLs, try another one.

  • Sometimes a specific server may be temporarily offline or busy.


4. Check Server Status

  • Log in to your Stremenify dashboardServer Status Page.

  • If the server is down or under maintenance, wait until it is back online.


5. Check Internet Connectivity

  • Ensure your device has a stable internet connection.

  • Test by opening a website or another streaming service.


6. VPN Settings

  • If you are using a VPN, try turning it on or off to see if it resolves the issue.

  • Some ISPs may block IPTV traffic, and VPNs can sometimes help or interfere depending on the server location.


Tip: Carefully double-check every detail—username, password, and server URL are case-sensitive. Using the wrong credentials or URL is the most common cause of login errors.
