EPG (TV Guide) Missing or Not Updating

The Electronic Program Guide (EPG) allows you to see what’s currently playing and what’s coming up next. Sometimes the EPG may appear empty, missing, or not update correctly.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Refresh/Update EPG in Your App

    • Many IPTV apps have an option to refresh or re-download the EPG.

    • Look for “Update EPG”, “Reload EPG”, or similar in your app settings.

  2. Restart the Device/App

    • Close the IPTV app completely and restart it.

    • Restart your device if necessary.

  3. Check Server Status

    • Sometimes the EPG data may be temporarily unavailable on our side.

    • Visit the Server Status Page in your dashboard to see if there’s an outage.

  4. Try Another App

    • If your app continues to have issues, try another compatible app from our setup guides.
