Sometimes you may run into issues where no channels are working, only some channels aren’t working, or a channel has buffering/audio/picture issues. Follow this step-by-step guide to fix the problem.
If No Channels Are Playing
-
Update your playlist in the app
- Refresh or reload your playlist/portal inside the IPTV app.
-
Restart your device
- Power off and restart your TV, phone, or streaming device.
-
Check your internet connection
-
Make sure your internet is working properly.
-
Test another app (like YouTube or Netflix) to confirm connectivity.
-
-
Try another portal/server address URL
- In your app settings, switch to another Stremenify portal link (provided in your dashboard - My Services / Subscriptions).
-
Check if your subscription is active
- Log in to your Stremenify dashboard and confirm that your service plan has not expired.
-
Test another internet source
- Try connecting through a mobile hotspot or another Wi-Fi network.
-
Check the Server Status page
-
In your dashboard, see if the server is online or if there is an outage.
-
If the server is online and you’ve tried all steps above, try using a VPN (sometimes ISPs block or throttle IPTV traffic).
-
If the server shows offline, there is an outage. The Stremenify team is already aware and working on restoring service.
-
If One or Some Channels Are Not Working
-
This usually means the specific channel is offline.
-
Wait a while for it to be restored.
-
If the problem continues, open a support ticket, email [email protected] or report it through your Stremenify dashboard.
If a Channel is Buffering, Has Audio Issues, or Wrong/No Picture
-
Report the issue through the dashboard, email, or open a support ticket.
-
Our technical team will investigate and resolve it.
