At Stremenify, we know how important reliable streaming is. To ensure fairness, we’ve built an automatic Outage Credit Compensation System that refunds customers with credits anytime one of our servers experiences downtime.
Below is a clear breakdown of how the system works.
How Outage Credits Work
Our system constantly monitors the performance of all servers.
If a server goes offline, a timer starts. When it returns online, the system automatically calculates the total downtime and issues credits to all eligible customers.
You don’t need to contact support — the entire process is automatic.
Who Receives Compensation?
✔️ Only customers with an active (non-expired) subscription line
If your service is active during the outage, you automatically qualify.
✔️ One credit per customer per affected server
Even if you have multiple lines on the same server, you won’t receive duplicate credits.
This keeps the system fair for everyone.
How Compensation Is Calculated
-
Credits are awarded per hour of downtime
-
Default compensation rate: $0.018 per hour
-
Rates may vary depending on the specific server
Once awarded, credits appear in your Transaction History with the remark:
outage_credit
No Need to Contact Support
The system handles everything automatically:
-
Detects when servers go offline and come back online
-
Tracks downtime accurately
-
Awards credits once the server is restored
-
Logs all transactions with the exact amounts
-
Resets itself after each outage cycle
-
Runs silently with no email notifications
Just check your transaction history — your credits will be there.
Where to See Your Outage Credits
You can view any outage compensation in:
Dashboard → Billing → Transaction History
Look for entries labeled outage_credit.
