Refund Policy

Digital Services

All of our services are digital and are activated instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately, we do not provide refunds once an order has been confirmed and activated.

We encourage customers to review our plans carefully before making a purchase.
If you're unsure which option fits your needs, our support team is happy to guide you before you buy.


Unused Credit Balances

Please note: We do not refund unused credit balances under any circumstances.
Credits added to your account can be used toward service purchases, but they are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Exceptions

While refunds are not standard, we may consider them only under the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate payments caused by a billing error

  • Technical failures on our side that prevent service activation and cannot be resolved

Refund requests outside of these specific circumstances will not be approved.

Most issues can be resolved quickly by:

  • Refreshing or updating your app

  • Verifying your login details

  • Using a different portal/server URL

  • Switching to a compatible app

  • Reinstalling the app or clearing cache
